The Hills' Lo Bosworth Announces She's Married and Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Dom Natale
Kara Kay is expanding her tribe.
The Survivor alum—who placed fourth on the reality show's 37th season David vs. Goliath back in 2018 after The White Lotus creator Mike White defeated her in a fire making challenge—announced that she's pregnant and expecting her first baby with her fiancé.
"We're still having a wedding," she captioned her August 7 Instagram post, "but we'll have a Tiny Tomlinson in tow."
Her pregnancy announcement came in the form of a black-and-white "save the date" graphic in which she and her unnamed partner compare their "bumps" in front of a body of water. Under the photo, the graphic revealed her due date of December 28, 2025, before saying, "First comes baby, then comes marriage."
The 37-year-old also included photos of the couple holding her growing belly and sharing a kiss, as well as ultrasound footage of her baby.
The former reality star reposted her announcement onto her Instagram Story, writing, "exciting news," before sharing a bit more insight into her action-packed year.
"It was about a year ago I realized I may want to have kids," she captioned a mirror selfie showing off her baby bump. "Now I'm engaged and over 19 weeks pregnant."
Kara added, "Life can move fast—in any direction you choose."
The real estate agent—who made a cameo on season two of The White Lotus—received a bunch of congratulatory messages from her fellow castaways.
Kelley Wentworth commented, "OMGGG SCREAMING!!!! Congratulations babe!!!!!!!!!!" while Michele Fitzgerald wrote, "OMG OMG OMG THE WORLD IS GONNA BE BLESSED W A KARA BABY so happy for you guys."
Meanwhile, Aubry Bracco shared, "So very happy for you."

Kara's pregnancy news comes exactly one month after she announced her engagement while sharing photos from a couple's trip to Hawaii.
"When your dream vacation turns into your dream come true," she wrote on Instagram July 7. "I couldn't even muster up words in the moment but the answer has always been yes."
"You're my person, my dream, and the reason behind so much of the happiness I feel on a daily basis," Kara continued. "I can't believe you exist and I get to choose you as my partner every single day."
She finished her message by writing, "Cheers to the beginning, my love."
