The Buffalo Bills will host the Philadelphia Eagles in their Week 17 clash on Sunday. Reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen will be up against Eagles star quarterback Jalen Hurts in a highly anticipated battle.

While Hurts has bounced back from his disastrous outing against the Los Angeles Chargers with impressive performances in his last two games, Allen continues his MVP-caliber season.

With two superstars clashing on the weekend, former Indianapolis Colts center and coach Jeff Saturday picked between the quarterbacks for the playoffs on ESPN's First Take. Saturday picked the Bills quarterback saying:

The former six-time Pro Bowler explained the reason behind picking Allen over reigning Super Bowl MVP for the postseason.

"When I look at Josh Allen, he has put this team on his back a number of times. They have literally one of the worst, if not the worst, run defense in the NFL. When you look at AFC, they have a real shot and their defense can just nand-aid it, they got a shot, and why? Because of Josh Allen. "So I would just say with no disrespect to Jalen hurts, who is a freaking baller himself, I would lean my way towards Josh Allen."

Bills quarterback Josh Allen dismissed injury concerns ahead of Eagles clash

The Bills had a major injury scare during their Week 16 win against the Cleveland Browns as Josh Allen seemingly took a knock and left the field before halftime.

Although Allen returned in the second half, the Bills quarterback missed Tuesday's practice, sparking speculation about his availability for Sunday's game. However, the reigning NFL MVP dismissed his injury concerns in a media interaction on Tuesday.

"Feels good. Feels good. I’m ready to go,” Allen said.

The Bills and Eagles have punched their postseason tickets and Sunday's clash could be a potential rehearsal for this season's Super Bowl.
