Tata Steel, IREDA, Siemens

Shares of Tata Steel, IREDA and Siemens will be in focus as the companies will announce their third quarter results today.

Hero MotoCorp

Two-wheeler major Hero MotoCorp reported a 14% jump in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 1,268 crore compared to Rs 1,108 crore reported in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the owners of the company.

Nykaa

FSN E-Commerce Ventures reported a 142% jump in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 63 crore compared to Rs 26 crore reported in the year ago period. The company's profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the owners of the parent. The Nykaa operator's revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,873 crore in Q3FY26, up 27% over Rs 2,267 crore posted in the corresponding period of the last financial year.

Bharti Airtel

Telecom major Bharati Airtel on Thursday reported 55% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 6,630 crore for the quarter ended December 2025. Consolidated revenues for the third quarter came in at Rs 53,982 crore, up 20% YoY.

Tata Motors PV

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd reported a consolidated loss of Rs 3,486 crore in the third quarter, compared with the profit of Rs 5,406 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations fell 26% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 70,108 crore. Both the bottomline and topline were severely affected by the JLR cyber incident. The company said it is poised for strong recovery in the fourth quarter.

RIL

India's Reliance Industries has bought 2 million barrels of Venezuelan oil from trader Vitol, according to reports, on Thursday, marking the company's first purchase from the South American nation in nearly a year.

RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) reported a steady performance in the December quarter, with profit rising modestly, even as higher expenses limited margin expansion. The state-owned rail infrastructure company posted a net profit of Rs 324 crore in Q3FY26, up about 4% from Rs 312 crore in the same quarter last year. The improvement in profitability came despite only marginal growth in topline and continued cost pressures.
