Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry last appeared in a game on Jan. 30 against the Detroit Pistons and has since been sidelined with a knee injury.
He was ruled out for Monday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies and will also miss Wednesday’s matchup against the San Antonio Spurs, which led head coach Steve Kerr to announce Curry’s final status for this weekend’s NBA All-Star Game.
The Warriors appear to be taking a cautious approach with the 37-year-old. Kerr revealed that Curry will not be participating in any of the All-Star festivities — something he has become a face of over the course of his career.

Curry now joins Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as another star player who will miss the All-Star Game due to injury.
The primary goal for Golden State is to have Curry ready for the team’s first game following the All-Star break on Feb. 19 against the Boston Celtics, as the Warriors will need him while trying to stay afloat and make a postseason push.
The Warriors currently sit at 28-25 overall heading into their matchup Monday night. With Jimmy Butler already lost for the season, not rushing Curry back appears to be the right decision.
