Mike Tomlin stepped down from the Pittsburgh Steelers' head coaching gig after 19 seasons.
That stretch included a Super Bowl victory and didn't include a single losing season.
Now, it appears Tomlin is at least taking a break before he continues coaching.
That has allowed some discussion of his legacy. And on a recent podcast appearance by Steelers legend James Harrison, he spoke with former Browns star Joe Haden about Tomlin.

Haden asked Harrison if Tomlin is a Hall of Famer.
Harrison said, "No."
“To me, I can’t give him a Hall of Fame coach (nod) because he hasn’t made disciples,” Harrison went on. “You’re telling me You’re telling me you’re a Hall of Fame coach, but no one has followed you?… That can’t be the thing. He’s the only coach that has coached this long and does not have a tree. Guys are emotionally attached to him, not performance. A great coach, the measurement of greatness, it’s not based on personal experiences and relationships you have with them. It is purely on what you did as a coach. Did you get championships? Did you build disciples?”

Harrison wasn't done talking bad about his former coach.
“So, a Hall of Fame should be making history for having the longest losing streak in playoff history?” Harrison wondered aloud.
Ouch.
Harrison was crucial to Tomlin's Super Bowl. He had a 100-yard interception return for a touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals in that game.
Apparently, he thinks Tomlin should've won more without him, too.
