St. John’s has landed additional might to its already formidable frontcourt. 

Former Tennessee and Weber State center Handje Tamba committed to St. John’s on Tuesday, according to a source. 

The 6-foot-11 Tamba visited the Big East program over the weekend.

He spent this past season at NAIA Milligan College (Tenn.) and averaged 10.5 points and 8.9 rebounds.
