Few WWE Superstars have been as prolific as Becky Lynch in 2025. The Man made her return to the company after almost a year at WrestleMania 41 to replace an injured Bayley in the Women's Tag Team Championship match against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Lynch and Lyra Valkyria won at WrestleMania and lost the titles the following night on WWE RAW, which led to the former Women's Champion turning on her partner. Since her heel turn, Big Time Becks has been in a league of her own, being untouchable on the mic and winning the Women's Intercontinental Championship from Valkyria.

She has defended the title against Nikki Bella, Bayley, Natalya, and Valkyria and started a feud with AJ Lee, which still seems far from resolved. After a 163-day reign, Lynch dropped the title to Maxxine Dupri, elevating it and putting the Alpha Academy member over after Lee interfered in their match.

Her commitment to not breaking kayfabe has also played a big role in earning her the top spot as the best women's wrestler of 2025. Becky Lynch rarely breaks character on social media and uses her online presence to push her storylines as a heel, getting fans invested and adding so many layers to her heel persona.

IYO SKY and Naomi Had Great Years in WWE, But Becky Lynch Ruled 2025

IYO SKY and Naomi both won the Women's World Championship in 2025, with the latter claiming it through her Women's Money in the Bank contract. Naomi's heel run helped her gain a ton of momentum and made her one of the top villains in the company before her departure due to pregnancy.

On the other hand, IYO SKY has had some of the matches of the year - first at WrestleMania 41 against Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair, and then against Stephanie Vaquer at Wrestlepalooza. The Genius of the Sky has since been teaming up with Rhea Ripley in pursuit of the Women's Tag Team Championship, and has convincingly become one of the top babyfaces in the company in 2025.

However, Lynch's role in elevating the Intercontinental Title, her outstanding promos, and commitment to character set her apart just enough to be called the best WWE women's wrestler of 2025.
