On October 30, 2025, several pieces from BTS' Jungkook’s new Calvin Klein campaign sold out within hours of release. The Matchbox Logo Graphic Relaxed T-Shirt and Shearling Collar Leather Bomber Jacket from the latest drop went out of stock on the Calvin Klein US website shortly after launch. User @JJKHypeFeed on X reported that the site briefly crashed due to an overwhelming amount of traffic.

This marked the BTS' star's first major collaboration with the fashion brand since completing his military service in June 2025. The campaign was shot in New York City and themed around movement and performance.

Directed by photographer Mert Alas, the visuals feature the K-pop idol cruising through the streets on a motorcycle and modeling classic denim and leather styles to The Chemical Brothers’ Block Rockin’ Beats.

As soon as the new visuals went live, fans rushed online to purchase the pieces. Many noted that every item linked to the idol, from denim workwear jackets to carpenter jeans, sold out instantly. It repeated a trend seen in all his previous Calvin Klein campaigns. An X user, @JeonKayz, wrote:

"The Matchbox Logo Graphic Relaxed T-Shirt and Shearling Collar Leather Bomber Jacket from Jungkook’s @CalvinKlein Collection didn’t just drop — they vanished. Completely SOLD OUT in no time. Because when Jungkook wears it, the world buys it. SOLD OUT KING JUNGKOOK."

Social media quickly filled with excitement and admiration. Fans celebrated his success, saying he continued to set new standards for brand impact. Meanwhile, others noted that every Calvin Klein drop featuring him turned into a global event.

More from Jungkook’s latest campaign and recent activities

The latest campaign was released on October 28, 2025. It featured Jungkook in a nostalgic '90s-inspired lineup, including denim-on-denim looks, a shearling-trimmed leather jacket, and signature CK emblem prints. The brand described the collection as embodying urban cool with a sophisticated edge.

Following the campaign’s release, Calvin Klein confirmed that its US store experienced record traffic, while international markets also saw sharp sales spikes. The Seven singer, who has been a global ambassador for the brand since March 2023, said it felt good to return to the brand’s signature denim and reconnect with fans through this project.

According to GQ, he said:

"I know that my fans have been eagerly waiting for this return, and it feels so good to be back in the brand’s iconic denim."

The world is going crazy over Jungkook’s new Calvin Klein campaign! 🔥 From Billboard and Rolling Stone to GQ, WWD, Elle, and L’Officiel — everyone’s talking about it. THE KING IS BACK!

Beyond fashion, Jungkook recently hosted a playful Instagram Q&A where he shared lighthearted updates about his health, eating habits, and daily life.

The singer mentioned he had lost some weight since his military days and even joked about replying to fans while getting an IV drip. Despite sparking brief concern, many fans reassured others that IV drips are commonly used for hydration or vitamin boosts in Korea.

The BTS member also gained attention earlier this month when he attended the VIP premiere of The First Ride to support his friend ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo. He brought a life-sized cutout of the actor that went viral online.
