The fan named Elena who was a Fashion Designer, later shared pictures and her experience about the encounter on Instagram. According to her post, she first interacted with the singer at a fansign in 2014 during BTS’ Boy in Luv era.

At the time, she had suggested the song fan page on BTS' fan page on South Korean web portal Daum Café after he asked fans for recommendations on Twitter. Shortly after, V released a cover of Someone Like You on his birthday, acknowledging that a fan had introduced him to the track.

Now, more than a decade later, their paths crossed again at Vogue World: Hollywood. Elena sharing pictures and videos of the encounter aldo noted that she reminded Taehyung of the memory. To that the idol can be seen replying, saying,

"Is it Adele's song? So was that the one I covered? Ah really! Wow Thank you."

Her post has since gained attention online, with fans calling the reunion “wholesome” and praising Taehyung’s lasting connection with ARMYs. One fan commented,

BTS’ Taehyung honors Korean heritage with symbolic Jaybaek Couture ensemble and 120-year-old vintage timepiece at Vogue World: Hollywood

At Vogue World: Hollywood, which celebrated the intersection of cinema and couture, BTS’ Taehyung appeared in 2 distinct ensembles that blended fashion and Korean tradition. For his first look, Taehyung wore a custom creation by Korean designer Jaybaek Couture. The outfit paid homage to his Korean heritage through subtle traditional elements.

The outfit featured a long gray overcoat styled to resemble hanbok, Korea’s traditional attire. Instead of a standard overcoat belt, he replaced it with a vivid red sejodae (세조대), a thread-like cord typically used as a belt in hanbok attire, historically worn at the waist by Joseon-era kings and aristocrats.

Hanging from his waistband was a norigae, a traditional Korean pendant adorned with intricate knots, tassels, and cords. The accessory, often worn with hanbok, symbolizes good fortune and prosperity. He paired the look with a big gray hat resembling the gat (갓), a hat worn with a male hanbok.

Later in the evening, the idol revealed his second look, shedding the gray overcoat to unveil a sleek gray suit. This refined outfit carried another equally meaningful detail. He wore a vintage timepiece over 120 years old, originally from the reign of King Gojong, who ruled Korea for 43 years. Alongside the heirloom piece, Taehyung also wore a Cartier watch, merging historical significance with contemporary luxury.
