Snoop Dogg has harsh words for Arthur Smith after Steelers loss to Seahawks

The Pittsburgh Steelers saw a night and day difference in their offense from Week 1 to Week 2.

In the season-opener against the New York Jets, the Steelers dropped 34 points on a good defense. In Week 2, Pittsburgh had a very different result against a Seattle Seahawks defense that was without two key starters in the secondary.

Pittsburgh scored just 17 points and Aaron Rodgers threw for 203 yards while only throwing one touchdown and tossing two picks. The Steelers' ground attack couldn't get much going once again, either.

If you ask rapper and infamous Steelers fan Snoop Dogg, the blame goes on the play-caller, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith.

Snoop Dogg had some harsh words for Smith after the game.

"Who the f*** calling the plays on offense for the Steelers," Snoop Dogg wrote on Instagram. "My Pop Warner playbook better than this I'm watching."

How quickly things change in the NFL.

Steelers fans were dreaming of an elite offense last week, only to be let down by an awful showing on Sunday.

“It’s Week 2, come on now. It’s Week 2. It’s good for us," Rodgers said. "Last week, probably, there were some people who were feeling pretty good because everybody outside the building was talking about how great we were on offense and 34 points. That’s the league. You can’t ride the highs and ride the lows.

"You got to refocus every single week and be a professional. It starts with the practice and the preparation," Rodgers added. "Get a chance to reset, take a look at what we did last week, what worked, what didn’t work — from the preparation standpoint — do better next week."

While the offense left a lot to be desired, the defense struggled once again and appears to be the bigger concern for Pittsburgh at the moment.

Seattle nearly had 400 yards of total offense, with Sam Darnold throwing for 295 and Kenneth Walker rushing for 105.

Rodgers and the Steelers will look to rebound in a Week 3 matchup against the New England Patriots in Foxborough.
