Simone Biles shares all the details on her boob job, from the size of her implants to the ‘rough’ recovery

Simone Biles is getting even more candid about her breast augmentation, detailing the procedure and her feelings immediately following.

The gymnast took to TikTok to post a “Breast Augmentation Q&A,” saying, “Ok … what everyone has been waiting for … let’s talk about it,” as she uses her hands as a shelf underneath her chest.

“I got my boobs done June 16,” she starts, going on to say that she used Dr. Kriti Mohan in Houston, Texas.

Biles and her doctor determined that placement under the muscle would be the best choice for her, based on her inspiration photos and to achieve the most natural look.

She opted for 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants, which she shared as she stepped back from the camera to reveal her full frame of 4’8” and 105 pounds.

“We were deciding between 310 and 330, but the 330 would not fit,” the 28-year-old says was the deciding size factor.

Moving onto recovery, she laughs, “Y’all lied. This sh—t hurts… so bad.”

“Your girl could not move by herself,” she continued, adding that she took the full two weeks off. “My recovery was rough,” she said.

Husband Jonathan Owens had to physically lift her up out of bed on day one to go to the bathroom, which she suggests was due to her high-muscle build that was being modified during the augmentation.

The new silhouette was not love at first sight, however. Biles confessed, “I did freak out” and called her doctor, explaining, “they were to my neck.”

“Take them out, they need to be smaller,” she shared, adding, “they looked like aliens at first.”

Dr. Mohan assured Biles they would settle, which they did. “And now they’re perfect,” she laughs.

Biles first confirmed the much-speculated augmentation on Instagram with the cherry emoji last month, but later took to social media to detail the three plastic surgeries she’s had done, including “two of them you would never be able to tell.”

Biles has built much of her career around supporting other women and raising those who follow in her footsteps, so it’s refreshing how candid the gymnast has been about her own body to her fans and followers.
