Mauricio Umansky revealed his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, loved his new jaw-dropping sultry photo shoot.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum told People in an interview published Wednesday that he “texted the whole fam chat” about his new photo opp in collaboration with clothing brand ARI’s 2026 campaign.
“She loved it,” he said about Richards’ reaction, explaining that the latter said, “These are great. You look amazing.”
Umansky, 55, shared the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s favorite photo, which showed him dressed in all black as he held a cigar and a glass of whiskey.
The realtor also stated his daughters, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17, and stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany, 37, were also fans of the snaps.
He highlighted that Alexia said he looked “super handsome,” while Farrah told him he looked “great.”

Another image shows the reality star laughing with his shirt partially unbuttoned, while a high-heeled boot is in his face, and he holds onto the other leg.
Elsewhere in the interview, Umansky highlighted that he and Richards, 56, were “still super good friends.”

The exes tied the knot in 1996 and shocked fans when Page Six confirmed in July 2023 that they had quietly separated.
Later that year, Umansky confirmed that he and the “Halloween” star had broken up and were “going through a really hard time.”
However, he shared that they were “not talking about divorce.”
Umansky has since moved on, dating several women, including Nikita Khan in July 2024 and model Klaudia K in December 2024.
The real estate broker has also been seen making out with a few mystery women at the Chateau Marmont on separate occasions.
Richards, meanwhile, has yet to publicly date despite previously being romantically linked to her pal Morgan Wade. She has denied romance rumors on several occasions.
