The Cleveland Browns selected Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, it wasn't in the first round, or second round, or even third round. It was in the fifth round at No. 144 overall in one of the more stunning slides in recent draft history.
Still, Sanders is just focused on making the roster and being an impact player for the Browns, especially with a team that has seen a revolving door at the quarterback position for years and years.
Sanders arrived at the Browns facility to begin his NFL journey, and his outfit choice was quite the statement.
Sanders arrived wearing his own brand hoodie, “2Legendary."
The "2Legendary" brand is something Sanders made during his college days, and he wasted no time flashing it with his new NFL team.
Despite the slide, Sanders also received an endorsement deal with Delta Airlines, so he still figures to be a marketable player despite being taken on Day 3 of the NFL Draft.
Sanders is still confident as can be, which isn't exactly a surprise if you saw him at Jackson State and Colorado. However, his path to being the QB1 is a bit tricky with Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Dillon Gabriel set to battle it out at camp.
Deshaun Watson is also on the roster, although his latest Achilles injury recovery put some doubt into his availability for the 2025 season and beyond.
