The Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams released their final injury reports of the week on Friday, and there is one player ruled out, one doubtful and two questionable for the NFC Championship Game on Sunday.

The Rams' injury report is clean, as every player who was listed on it this past week has been cleared to play.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks won't have linebacker Chazz Surratt and offensive lineman Amari Kight, with Surratt ruled out and Kight listed as doubtful.

The two questionable players are offensive lineman Josh Jones, who closed out the week with a full practice, and fullback Robbie Ouzts, who was limited all week.

On the positive side, the Seahawks will be welcoming back running back George Holani and tight end Elijah Arroyo, both of whom were activated off injured reserve.

Also, quarterback Sam Darnold, who had been dealing with an oblique injury, has been removed from the injury report and appears to be at or close to 100%.

Now, a look at the full list of injury designations for both teams.
