Scottie Scheffler added a new major to his collection in convincing fashion.
The world’s top golfer cruised to his first PGA Championship with a six-shot win over three players tied at 6-under at Quail Hollow on Sunday.

Scheffler, who also won the Masters in 2022 and 2024, shot 12-under par for the tournament.
Jon Rahm, who found the water twice during the final round, finished at 4-under.
Scheffler was arrested before round two of last year’s PGA Championship due to a traffic incident before all charges were dropped. He’s now rebounding to move halfway to the career grand slam.
