Scooter Braun wants to marry Sydney Sweeney, we hear.
A source speculated that the mogul could propose to “The Housemaid” star in the next six months.
“He thinks she is the modern Marilyn Monroe,” says a source.
“He is trying very hard to marry her,” says the source. “He is following her and chartering private planes. He’s going to stay focused on her until she marries him.”
Sweeney was spotted over the weekend attending Rosh Hashanah services with Braun at Temple Sholom in Greenwich, Conn.
“They sat in the back,” says a spy who saw them at the synagogue, which counts high-profile financiers Mark Shenkman, Steven Tannenbaum, Cliff Asness and Andrew Milgram as congregants.
Braun also posted a birthday tribute to Sweeney on September 12th for her 29th, calling her “the person who surprised me and showed me how life with true partnership can be lived.”
“You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger,” he wrote. “You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to.”
We’re told that along with romance, Braun is also highly “involved now in her career.”
The pair were photographed last weekend smooching on a gondola in Italy during the Venice Film Festival. Sweeney did not have a movie at the festival.
The pair met in the Floating City last year during Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in June 2025.
Days before heading to Europe, the “Euphoria” alum and music executive were seen in L.A. grabbing smoothies with his children, Jagger Joseph, 11, Levi Magnus, 9, and Hart Violet, 7.
Puck reported last week that Braun was instrumental in helping Sweeney find her new manager.
“Per five separate sources, Scooter went around [her agent, Jennifer] Millar to set Sweeney up for dinner with CAA’s Kevin Huvane, a meeting that led to her signing with him over rivals that had been clamoring for a similar sit-down,” said the report.
A source told Page Six way back in September 2025 that Braun was likely to merge romance and business saying, “it’s just a matter of time.”
“Any restraint in the relationship probably won’t last long when it comes down to his urge to market everything,” they told us, adding, “He’ll start posting [about her], he’ll probably get more involved in her career.”
The source told us it was just part of Braun’s personality, and what makes him an excellent businessman.
Braun and his ex, Yael Cohen separated in 2021, and finalized their divorce in 2022.
Sweeney was previously engaged to Jonathan Davino. They split in January 2025.
