Duguay and Palin have been dating since early 2022, after connecting when the politician reached out to the ex-athlete for advice during her defamation trial against The New York Times.

They have since made several public appearances together, including at the ninth annual Little Steven’s Policeman’s Ball in 2023.

As Page Six previously reported, Duguay’s daughters, Amber Stavros and Thomas, launched a GoFundMe to raise money to “support travel expenses, treatments, holistic care, and these new treatment options.”
