Ryan Garcia recently shared his thoughts on the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua fight and made a bold claim involving Gervonta Davis.
Paul and Joshua threw down in a professional heavyweight boxing match at the Kaseya Center in Miami earlier today. While most expected Joshua to end the fight in the first few rounds, Paul surprisingly survived till the sixth before succumbing to the Englishman's powerful punches.
Joshua won the fight via sixth-round knockout after Paul was noticeably wobbling on his feet after getting dropped hard, leading the referee to step in and put an end to the contest.
Intriguingly, Paul was booked for an exhibition fight against Gervonta Davis in November. However, that bout was canceled after the WBA lightweight champ's ex-partner filed a civil lawsuit against him for alleged battery, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In a recent X post, Garcia claimed that the significantly smaller Davis would've hurt Paul more than Joshua did, if that fight had materialized. He wrote:
"I think Gervonta would’ve done him worse."Garcia notably faced Davis in a blockbuster boxing match in April 2023. While many thought Garcia's speed and accuracy would help him get the job done, Davis' power proved too much for 'KingRy' and he ultimately lost the fight via seventh-round knockout.
Paul is now 12-2 as a professional boxer and has faced some of the most well-known entities in combat sports over the past six years. 'The Problem Child' has beaten high-profile fighters like Anderson Silva, Mike Tyson, Nate Diaz, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and Mike Perry.
In the aftermath of the Joshua fight, Paul confirmed that he had broken his jaw and would be taking an extended break before booking his next fight. Meanwhile, Joshua called out Tyson Fury for a clash.
