Rory McIlroy predicted the result of the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua fight ahead of the game. The Northern Irish golfer attended the event on Friday night at the Kaseya Center in Miami.

During the fight, the five-time major champion was asked about the result. McIlroy said that he can’t see any other result than seeing an early knockout from Joshua. Netflix Sports shared a short video of Rory McIlroy on its X (formerly Twitter) account with a caption:

"The only thing Rory McIlroy predicts for Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua is an early AJ knockout 😂 #JakeJoshua is LIVE now ONLY on Netflix!"

Rory McIlroy’s prediction was right, as Anthony Joshua defeated Jake Paul in the game via sixth-round KO. The PGA Tour pro is enjoying a downtime and is having a good time away from the field after his phenomenal season.

McIlroy also talked about his wife Erica and his daughter Poppy. He said

"My wife, Erica, my daughter, Poppy, they're what holds me together, my rock. They couldn't be here tonight, they're back in America, but I can't wait to get back to see them tomorrow and celebrate this with them as well. So thank you for all your support, everything that you've done for me over the years."
