Roman Reigns' RAW appearance had only one problem, according to WWE veteran

Veteran wrestling manager Jim Cornette recently spoke about Roman Reigns' appearance on WWE RAW. The OTC showed up this past Monday Night.

It was all-out chaos on RAW as CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos brawled with Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre. The fans at Madison Square Garden were in for a shock when Brock Lesnar showed up and seemingly aligned himself with The Vision. He hit suplexes on CM Punk and Cody Rhodes to clear the ring. This paved the way for Roman to show up and reignite his rivalry with The Beast.

This week on Jim Cornette's Drive Thru, the wrestling veteran noted that the only part he didn't like during the whole exchange was Roman's slow entrance. He pointed out that everyone had cleared the ring for the OTC as he walked in slowly to face Brock. Cornette felt the scene would have more credibility if the top stars like Cody Rhodes were also part of the action.

"This was the only part of it that I didn't like. All the top talent, including Cody, they all disappeared as Roman walks to the ring purposefully forever. They have the face-off. Where did all those stars go? They're just lying there. I think if Roman could have hit with a bit more expeditiousness."

Roman Reigns needs to co-exist with CM Punk

Over the years, CM Punk and Roman Reigns have not gotten along well. They teamed up last year at Survivor Series: WarGames due to a special arrangement by Paul Heyman. However, they also faced off against each other at WrestleMania in a huge Triple Threat match, which also included Seth Rollins.

This week, after RAW, Punk and Roman were face-to-face in the ring once again. The two stars exchange some tense words. Punk warned Roman about betraying him and the team at WarGames. Roman Reigns also made it clear that he didn't need to stab Punk in the back if they had a problem. He would do it up front.

It will be interesting to see if these two men can work together inside the steel structure at WarGames.
