Lia Anthony, Boston Red Sox star Roman Anthony’s big sister, took to social media to show off a day of fun in the sun with her friends.
In the opening pic, she rocks what turns out to be a lucky string bikini — a stunning double rainbow stretches across the sky as she gazes out onto the water.
Swipe once, and Roman’s gorgeous sibling sizzles in a different bikini, this time smiling with a friend as she shows off her stunning set of abs.
“Living & loving,” she captioned the Thursday, April 9 share to Instagram.
Fans of both siblings took to the comments.
“Sox won the series, lia posted,” wrote one. “It’s a great day.”
“Boston is so back,” rallied another. “Big series win for the sox!” agreed a third.
“The Anthony parents need some CREDIT sheesh,” quipped a fourth.
“Seriously I am convinced Lia you are the prettiest on the planet,” gushed a fifth.

Lia — who’s in medical school at Florida State — went viral during Roman’s rookie 2025 year, because of her sizzling social media shares.
She and Roman also have a brother, Anthony Anthony. Their parents, Anthony and Lori, are known to be supportive of all their children, and the family is super-close. On March 30, Lia published nine photos to Instagram of friends and family decked out in Sox gear. In the pics, she shows off an “Anthony” T-shirt with her brother’s new number — 19 — on the back.
