Roman Anthony’s stunning big sister took to social media to show that looking good in red runs in the family.
Roman’s big sis, Lia, showed off her chiseled figure in a tiny red bikini — and Red Sox fans flooded the comments to ask about her famous brother, who’s stuck on the injured list.
“🍓,” was her cheeky caption for the fun-in-the-sun pics.
“This just might be the only thing more beautiful than Roman in a Red Sox uni,” raved one fan.
“Is Roman okay?” asked another.
“Thinking about the Roman Empire,” wrote a third.
“Tell Roman we need him back,” added a fourth.

A fifth shot his shot. “I know you've been asking all week, and I dont want you to think that I have been ignoring you, but I have just been busy,” he quipped. “I can't this week as you've suggested, but lets shoot for next week and have that dinner.”
Lia — who just graduated pre-med from Florida State — went viral during Roman’s rookie 2025 year, because of her sizzling social media shares.
She and Roman also have a brother, Anthony Anthony. Their parents, Anthony and Lori, are known to be supportive of all their children, and the family is super-close. According to Lia's LinkedIn, she's going to become a Physician's Assistant, like her mom.
