New details have emerged in the stabbing deaths of actor-director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele.

On Sunday afternoon, a massage therapist showed up to the couple’s Brentwood home in Los Angeles for a scheduled appointment, a source close to the Reiner family told the New York Times.

The massage therapist reportedly called the couple’s daughter, Romy, after getting no answer at the front gate.

Romy, 28, quickly came by with her roommate but entered the house solo, according to the source. She reportedly walked in and found her dad’s body amid the gruesome scene of his death.

Romy, who reportedly did not see her mom’s body in the house, quickly ran out the door in anguish. Her roommate then called 911, per the source.

Responding paramedics reportedly entered the home and informed Romy that Michele was also dead. Sources previously claimed that Rob and Michele’s throats had been slit.

Nick was charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a special circumstance of multiple murders, LA County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced at a press conference Tuesday.

He claimed Nick “used a dangerous and deadly weapon, that being a knife,” to allegedly kill his parents.

The 32-year-old, who is being represented by famed criminal defense attorney Alan Jackson, is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.

He was supposed to be arraigned Tuesday, but the hearing was postponed to Wednesday because Nick — who is reportedly on suicide watch at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, where he is being held without bail — was not “medically cleared” to be transferred to court.

Hochman noted that any evidence of mental illness would be presented in court.

On Saturday night, Nick joined his parents for a Christmas party at Conan O’Brien’s house.

Sources said Nick looked out of place at the bash and was “acting crazy,” behaving “creepily” and “freaking everyone out.” He also reportedly had a tense exchange with Bill Hader.

Rob allegedly scolded his son over his inappropriate antics, which reportedly led to some kind of argument.

A source who knew Nick as a child described him to Page Six as “intense” and “egocentric,” explaining that he had “inexhaustible” energy and serious “behavioral issues.”

Notably, Nick has been to rehab almost 20 times and experienced bouts of homelessness, which he and Rob chronicled in the 2015 semi-autographical film “Being Charlie.”

Nick has reportedly “always” had a “hostile” and “volatile” dynamic with his family, but his “anger” was mostly “directed at his parents.”
