Rising star shares hilarious Ricochet video; AEW champion makes an urgent plea

A rising pro-wrestler shared a hilarious clip of Ricochet from this match outside AEW. The National Champion has now responded with an urgent plea.

Ricochet has been on an upward trajectory in AEW since he won the newly introduced National Championship at Full Gear 2025. The Future of Flight, who defended his title against Dalton Castle at ROH: Final Battle earlier this month, was involved in another defense at the RevPro UK uprising event last night, where he faced rising star Nino Bryant. The match was electrifying, with both stars pulling out all the stops, but it was the One and Only who emerged victorious, marking a second successful defense of his National title. Earlier today, Bryant shared a clip on X from their bout, which has seemingly rubbed Ricochet the wrong way.

In the clip, Ricochet is caught in a head scissors by Bryant, who then hilariously slaps the National Champion's bald head, much to the irritation of the AEW star. Ricochet has since responded to the video, urging Bryant to delete it.

Ricochet believes he's the most marketable star in AEW

In a recent conversation with The Sportster, Ricochet addressed securing the National title at Full Gear and called himself the most marketable star. He even claimed that he is bigger than the Women's and the Men's World Championship.

It remains to be seen what All Elite Wrestling has planned next for Ricochet.
