Ricochet shares honest opinion on popular WWE star's wrestling ability: "He doesn't want to just ride"

Ricochet has been in the world of professional wrestling for more than two decades. In his career, he has faced several top-tier talents in various promotions like WWE, AEW, and others. Recently, The Lightskin Kingpin talked about one such opponent who has great talent in the business.

The One & Only spoke about Logan Paul and his growth in the wrestling ring. Paul and Ricochet have shared multiple times in their career. They were involved in a heated feud in 2023. They faced each other at SummerSlam that year, where The Maverick defeated the high-flyer in a solid match. The AEW star praised the YouTuber for being willing to learn from others because he believes Paul wants to hone his skills.

Speaking on The Mega Powers podcast, the AEW National Champion appreciated Logan Paul's work over the past three years. He said that Paul wants to get into the business with the best attempts possible. Therefore, he is doing such a wonderful job as a heel. As per Ricochet, The Maverick is in love with pro-wrestling, and he is stepping up every single day to get better at this.

"From talking to him and knowing him, he wants to get better. He’s like- he doesn’t want to just ride. He wants to get better and he wants to, like, actually do it like he’d be he’d be trying his hardest he’d be doing stuff people won’t even think to actually do. He’d be doing crazy stuff. You know what I’m saying? But after talking to him, he really does want to get better. I think he really did fall in love with it," said the AEW star.

Ricochet says he can beat Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle is a legend of professional wrestling. The Olympic Gold Medalist has been a former WWE Champion with a great technical prowess in the squared circle. But Ricochet believes he can easily beat him in the ring.

Taking to X, a fan proposed the idea of a showdown between Prime Angle and the AEW star. The Lightskin Kingpin openly claimed that he would have destroyed the former WWE Champion in the ring.

"This is also true. I would have wrecked @RealKurtAngle 👑," wrote Ricochet.

Well, the AEW National Champion is known for his outspoken attitude in wrestling. But all these remarks about the wrestling legends are a part of his gimmick with no relation to real-life. With that said, only time will tell how things will unfold for The One & Only from here on in AEW.
