A while back, it was revealed that Drew McIntyre is set to be featured with Henry Cavill in the upcoming Highlander movie. Moreover, the 40-year-old SmackDown star is immensely popular online and is in the best shape of his life as a performer, yet he fails to win a match in one of the biggest wrestling promotions in the United States.

Speaking on Vince Russo's The Brand, Bin Hamin and Stevie Richards discussed Drew McIntyre's losing streak and downfall as an on-screen performer. During this, Hamin stated that McIntyre's non-wrestling projects and the fact that he got over as a performer without the company's push are the reasons why the management isn't in The Scottish Warrior's favor.

"The only thing I can think of is A) he doesn't care because he's got this new Highlander thing, even though they should get behind him and promote it... B) Don't get over on your own outside; it's a weird silent heat punishment. So, maybe they're having him lose so he can go and shoot the next season already. Like something's coming up," Hamin said.
