The MFTs were busy tackling The Wyatt Sicks in the main event of this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown. However, earlier in the show, Tama Tonga gave a subtle hint that he could finally make a move at the United States Championship.

Ilja Dragunov defended the US Championship against Carmelo Hayes on this Friday's open challenge. A backstage segment between Melo and Dragunov showed Tama Tonga lurking in the background, with his eyes on The Mad Dragon.

Aside from this, Tama Tonga had also tweeted a GIF of Arnold Schwarzenegger from the movie Predator on X. The GIF showcased the bodybuilder-actor taking a peek from behind a tree after smudging some mud on his face for camouflage.

While the tweet didn’t carry any caption, it could mean that the wrestler is secretly lurking and assessing danger. However, shortly after, the 43-year-old deleted his tweet. What makes this interesting is the fact that Tonga doesn’t just have one target.

Aside from the United States Champion, the MFT member could also be after The Wyatt Sicks, and could be trying to locate their hideout, like Karrion Kross. While Tonga hasn’t answered The Mad Dragon’s US Title Open Challenges yet, he always finds the champ backstage following his matches and stares at the belt.

MFTs and The Wyatt Sicks broke into a brawl on WWE SmackDown

This week’s episode of SmackDown saw Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis put the WWE Tag Team Championship on the line against JC Mateo and Tonga Loa. The champions as well as the challengers had their respective factions looking out for them during the match.

While both teams put up a great fight, the final moments of the match saw interference from the MFTs, resulting in a no-contest. As the match rules vanished with the ring of the bell, both factions erupted into a brawl.

Talla Tonga and Erick Rowan were at the center of the fistfight, as both big men stood as the pillars for their respective crews. Solo Sikoa eventually caught Rowan, planting a Samoan Spike on the White Sheep. Soon after, Uncle Howdy caught Sikoa in position for a Sister Abigail.

However, before The Wyatt Sicks’ leader could pull the trigger, Tama Tonga jumped in to rescue Sikoa. Both groups continued to brawl as WWE SmackDown went off air. It would be interesting to see what lies ahead for both these factions.
