Tyler Loop had a chance to send the Baltimore Ravens to the playoffs.
All he had to do was make a field goal at the buzzer against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 18.
He missed.
Pittsburgh went to the postseason.
Baltimore went home.
John Harbaugh was ousted and headed to the New York Giants.
Now, a new season is just around the corner, and Loop is back for his second NFL season. It's a moment he's going to have to prove he has moved past.

He spoke with reporters this week, and this is what he had to say:
"I would say the biggest thing I did was just acknowledge and accept it, and it took a day or two. I would say moving on from the kick itself was pretty easy, just because I know you have to be ready for the next kick, and you have to be able to put it behind you."
The one plus, for many athletes, is they've spent their whole careers figuring out that mindset.
You miss kicks. You strike out. You don't make the shot.
This one was bigger, of course. It got Loop more hate in the social media echo chamber than ever before.
But in the end, it's one missed kick. He knows he can make field goals.
For the Ravens to reach their goals, he's going to have to.
