The Las Vegas Raiders have added a winner to their roster in free agency.

Specifically, a new signing from the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.

The deal, shared on X by Ari Meirov, brings Dareke Young to Vegas.

Young is a wide receiver and return man who was part of the Seahawks' championship roster.

Young was originally a seventh-round pick by the Seahawks in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Lenoir-Rhyne.

He has played 42 games in his NFL career and made four total catches. That includes two catches for 48 yards in 2025.

Young's main role in 2025 was as an occasional kick returner. He had 10 returns for 322 yards, an impressive 32.2 yards per return.

He also has a major role on special teams. Young made nine tackles as a special teamer for Seattle, then made three more tackles in the playoffs while also recovering a fumble.

The Raiders are surely getting him to do those little things. He won't play much role in the passing game, but if he can handle some returns and get down the field to tackle on special teams, he'll be worth the signing for sure. Every good team needs guys like Young.
