Rachael Ray’s latest cooking video has sparked even more fan concern.

The cookbook author recently took to Instagram, sharing a video of herself using the palm of her hand to measure seasoning for her fish. However, several social media users took to the comments section not to discuss the dish itself, but to comment on Ray’s appearance.

“I haven’t seen her is SO LONG. I’m genuinely wondering.. is she OK?” one person asked.

“Jesus…. what happened?” another asked.

“What is going on here, wellness check,” commented a third netizen.

“What in the world happened to her,” asked another.

Meanwhile, several other fans defended Ray from the mean comments.

“Remember people..not all thoughts need to be voiced. If you wouldn’t say it to her face in person then dont say it,” one user pleaded.

“A swift google search would let y’all know that she has been going thru some very stressful events and taken a couple serious falls. Be kind,” penned another.

“She lost her whole house in a fire… marriage issues.. business struggle. Menopause. It’s good to see her moving forward,” commented a third supporter.

“People, she hasn’t had an easy time lately. Her mom passed away last year. I send her tons of hugs … Ease up on her. You’re beautiful Rachel & I love you!!” wrote a fourth fan.

Ray, 57, first sparked health concerns in September 2024 when she appeared to slur her speech during a cooking video.

The following month, the “30-Minute Meals” alum revealed she recently “had a couple of bad falls.”

Then, in July 2025, concerns about Ray continued to rise when she allegedly exhibited “bizarre behavior” at a meet-and-greet and bottle signing event for her new gin.

Not only did the cook show up 20 minutes late, but an insider also claimed she “seemed off” while greeting fans and handing out bottles of her gin and baseball caps.

“She got oddly close to some people, hugging them in a way that seemed overly familiar as she posed for photos,” a source told the Daily Mail at the time.

“You know how Drew Barrymore acts with celebrity guests on her talk show — just like that.”

Though fans claimed Ray subsequently stayed under the radar for a few months, she denied disappearing.

“I don’t know what they’re talking about,” she told US Weekly at the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival’s Burger Bash back in October.

“I work my ass off all the time. And I never left. I just switched over to A+E and new partners, that’s all. But I’ve been working constantly.”
