LOS ANGELES & TORONTO — PUSH Media Inc. today announced the acquisition of SCS (Schiefer Chopshop), marking the agency’s formal expansion into the United States with new offices in Los Angeles and Atlanta, alongside Canadian hubs in Toronto and Ottawa. The move unites two independent agencies with complementary strengths in creative storytelling, media, and technology, creating a North American powerhouse designed for the future of marketing.

At the same time, PUSH announces the appointment of Julie Berger as President, North America, based in Los Angeles. A respected industry leader with more than 20 years of experience across Farmers Insurance, Giant Spoon, Initiative Media, Horizon Media, and GroupM, Berger will oversee PUSH’s operations across all markets, guiding its evolution into the world’s first truly AI-native, human-powered marketing agency.
