Princess Eugenie’s devastated reaction to getting dragged into her parents’ tawdry Epstein scandals revealed

Princess Eugenie, is struggling with her father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s downfall — as well as her mother Sarah Ferguson’s big mouth, friends tell us.

“I know that Eugenie feels like she’s being tarnished with a brush that’s not hers, that’s her father’s,” a close friend of the princess told Page Six. “She’s very, very frustrated.

“Beatrice and Eugenie are in as good as spirits as they can be,” said the friend of the princess and her older sister, Beatrice. “But it’s a s–t show, a never-ending s–t show.”

Eugenie, 35, has reportedly taken a step back from seeing her disgraced dad as she tries to come to terms with the seemingly never-ending scandal around the former Prince Andrew’s relationship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

However, “I would not say they are estranged, that’s not 100% true,” the friend added.

Andrew, 65, who suffered the indignity of being stripped of his “Prince” and “Duke of York” titles amid his role in the Epstein saga, has been forced to move out of his longtime home, the 30-room Royal Lodge, on the grounds of Windsor Castle. We’re told he is currently living in a rented cottage before making his move to Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

The cottage is described as a five-bedroom, more modest home that is undergoing extensive renovations to make it livable.

“I know that Eugenie hasn’t really been around to help with all of the packing. Beatrice has done a lot more, but they’ve got kids and jobs, so it’s very hard,” the friend said.

Both daughters are still in the royal fold as they joined their uncle King Charles and the rest of the royal family at church on Christmas Day.

Eugenie’s sister, Princess Beatrice, 37, isn’t quite as embarrassed by her parents in quite the same way, a source said.

In the latest installment of the Epstein files, released by the Department of Justice on Jan. 30, emails revealed that Ferguson, 66, had made a crude comment to Epstein about Eugenie, who was then 19.

The note proved Ferguson was in contact with Epstein while he was in prison for soliciting sex from a minor.

The DOJ released of more than 3 million Epstein records also includes a photo of Andrew hovering over an unknown woman lying on the floor.

In one email from March 2010, Epstein asked Ferguson about her making a trip to New York. Ferguson responded: “Not sure yet. Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a shagging weekend!!”

At the time, Eugenie had just started dating Jack Brooksbank. The two are now married and share two sons, August, 5, and two-year-old Ernest.

“The girls are trapped in this situation, where the palace is also trying to protect King Charles and the monarchy,” said another friend of the princesses.

Another email showed Ferguson asking for Epstein to pay for a business-class flight for her and coach for her daughters to fly to Florida to visit him.

“You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness. “Xx I am at your service. Just marry me,” she wrote in a 2010 email, when Epstein was already a convicted pedophile.

The former Duchess of York, who had previously apologized for her relationship with Epstein, is now homeless and has flown abroad to ponder her next move, her rep told People.

On Monday, it was announced Ferguson’s charity, Sarah’s Trust, will close “for the foreseeable future” amid the new details about her friendship with Epstein.

A spokesman for the foundation said the decision comes after “some months” of discussion.
