Met Gala 2025: Pregnant Rihanna Shows Off Baby Bump on Red Carpet--Finally
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are taking being fashion killas to a whole new level.
The “We Found Love” singer and "Fashion Killa" rapper reunited inside the 2025 Met Gala shortly after Rihanna revealed she was expecting baby No. 3 and showed off her bump on the red carpet.
In the photo taken inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art's fundraiser, the Fenty Beauty founder—wearing a stunning floor-length dress that was made to look like a suit—posed alongside A$AP, who donned a coordinating look with black sunglasses.
At another point, the couple—who also share sons RZA, 2, and Riot, 21 months—walked through the event space halls while chatting with Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz. (For every celeb in attendance, head on over here.)
The pair's glamorous date night serves as just one milestone when it comes to the annual event as A$AP himself serves as one of this year’s co-chairs alongside Pharell Williams, Lewis Hamilton, Colman Domingo as well as honorary co-chair LeBron James and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
And for the Harlem-born musician—who was recently found not guilty in his gun assault trial back in February—the honor made perfect sense. In fact, when it came to choosing him as a cochair, he previously joked to Vogue that he may as well be the only man in the world for the job: “Who else?”
But the sense of style isn’t just limited to himself, of course: It’s also a factor he thinks will passed onto his sons. “It’s in them already,” he told the outlet in April. “Look who they moms is. She dress her ass off.”

Sure enough, the “Diamonds” singer has truly become a Met Gala staple over the years. But as for this year’s event—which is centered around the theme of “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” and boasts the dress code of "Tailored for You"—it’s one A$AP wouldn’t miss for the world.
“I’m looking forward to seeing everybody celebrate Black excellence,” he told Vogue. “When people celebrate a different culture or race, sometimes it’s done with intent, sometimes with ulterior motives.”
But as he explained, this specific exhibition feels not only genuine to him, but as he noted of the right words, “So many I want to say, but I’m just going to say, important.”
But Rihanna and A$AP Rocky aren’t the only couple at the annual soiree, keep reading to see how other pairs turned the Met Gala into their very own date night…
