The Montreal Canadiens are on the road to play the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday, October 28 at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Montreal (7-3) is coming off a 4-3 road win over the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday. Ahead of the Canadiens' road game, here is what Montreal's lines are projected to look like.

Canadiens projected lines

Forwards

  • Cole Caufield - Nick Suzuki - Juraj Slafkovsky
  • Alex Newhook - Oliver Kapanen - Ivan Demidov
  • Josh Anderson - Jake Evans - Brendan Gallagher
  • Kirby Dach - Joe Veleno - Zack Bolduc

Montreal is off to a hot start, and the Canadiens are looking to continue the success against the Kraken.

“I’ve known all along that Demi can play on the first wave, first power play,” St. Louis said about Demidov, via Sportsnet. “I feel I got to a certain point with Demi where he showed me he’s willing to play on the other side of the game, the defensive game, and he’s actually very attentive and trying to keep getting better. So, for me, all signs led to: it’s time. And it was also a chance for me to get him more ice-time.”

The Canadiens' offense is led by Suzuki, who has 13 points, Caufield has 10 points, and Demidov has nine points.

Defense

  • Mike Matheson - Noah Dobson
  • Jayden Struble - Lane Hutson
  • Arber Xhekaj - Alexandre Carrier

The Canadiens' blue line is without Kaiden Guhle, who's injured once again.

Montreal's blue line is led by Dobson and Hutson, who are offensive defensemen and can add some scoring from the back end.

Goalies

  • Jakub Dobes
  • Sam Montembeault

Dobes has taken over as the Canadiens' starting goalie and has been solid this season. However, St. Louis knows Montembeault will be key for the team in the future.

"I didn’t have a single idea in mind; we have two good goaltenders. Dobes is definitely having a good streak, but Monty is going to have streaks like that, too. We’re well equipped in front of the net,” St. Louis said.

Dobes is 5-0 with a 1.77 GAA and a .940 SV%. He's 0-0-1 with a 4.99 GAA and a .857 SV% in his career against Seattle.
