Prajanchai says there’s no bad blood between he and Aliff Sor Dechapan: “It's just part of selling the fight”

Reigning and undisputed ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion Prajanchai PK Saenchai of Thailand says it’s all theatrics in his budding feud with Malaysian-Thai striking sensation Aliff Sor Dechapan.

Aliff recently earned a shot at Prajanchai’s gold, confirmed by none other than ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong himself after his impressive decision victory over ‘The Scorpion’ Ramadan Ondash at ONE Fight Night 38: Andrade vs. Baatarkhuu on Prime Video.

Prajanchai was watching from ringside, and had some advice for the Malaysian-Thai sensation.

“I will certainly be fully prepared too. Don't pay too much attention to the comments on social media, it's just part of selling the fight, which is normal for athletes."

Prajanchai PK Saenchai is ready to face Aliff Sor Dechapan should this match be made. Meanwhile, Aliff is confident he will get the victory. In fact, he believes their fight will not go the distance.

The Malaysian-Thai sensation told Sportskeeda MMA:

“The chance for a knockout is always there – both for me and him. We cannot shut our eyes to each other’s power. It can end early, and I think it will end early.”

Aliff added:

“I have nothing much to say to him, but I want to let him know that I’m coming for his belt. Let’s put on a show for the fans. And, hopefully, I will be the one to stop him in Muay Thai so I can become Malaysia’s first ONE world champion.”
