Portugal and Spain meet on Monday at AT&T Stadium in Dallas in a blockbuster World Cup Round of 16 tie, an Iberian derby with a quarterfinal place at stake.
Spain booked their spot with a 3-0 win over Austria, Mikel Oyarzabal scoring twice, and remain one of only two sides yet to concede at the tournament after four games, along with Mexico.
Portugal came through a dramatic last-32 tie with Croatia, with Roberto Martinez's side leaning on Cristiano Ronaldo and a Champions League-winning core from Paris Saint-Germain. Spain go in as slight favourites given their form and unbeaten run, but there is little to separate two of the tournament's heavyweights.
Here is how the teams are expected to line up.

Portugal projected starting 11
(4-2-3-1, right to left): 1. D. Costa (GK) — 20. J. Cancelo, 3. R. Dias, 13. R. Veiga, 25. N. Mendes — 23. Vitinha, 15. J. Neves — 18. P. Neto, 8. B. Fernandes, 11. J. Felix — 7. C. Ronaldo
- Injured: None
- Suspended: None
- On a yellow card: R. Dias
Roberto Martinez has a fully fit squad and no fresh injury concerns heading into the tie.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads the line once again, with the Paris Saint-Germain trio of Vitinha, Joao Neves and Nuno Mendes central to his side.
Pedro Neto and Rafael Leao started against Croatia, but Joao Felix may come back in given the latter's rather lethargic approach without the ball.
Spain projected starting 11
(4-3-3, right to left): 23. U. Simon (GK) — 5. M. Llorente, 22. P. Cubarsi, 14. A. Laporte, 24. M. Cucurella — 6. M. Merino, 16. Rodri, 20. Pedri — 19. L. Yamal, 21. M. Oyarzabal, 15. A. Baena
- Injured: N. Williams (adductor), Y. Pino (shoulder), V. Munoz (thigh, doubt)
- Suspended: None
- On a yellow card:
De la Fuente remains without wingers Nico Williams (adductor) and Yeremy Pino (shoulder), both hurt in the group-stage win over Uruguay, though the pair have stayed with the squad and could yet feature later in the tournament.
Liverpool-bound Victor Munoz is closer to fitness but remains a doubt.
The absences are softened by the fact De la Fuente has backed Lamine Yamal and Alex Baena as his first-choice wide men regardless, with Mikel Oyarzabal leading the line after his double against Austria.
Mikel Merino could come into midfield if Spain wish to strengthen the middle of the park.
Portugal vs. Spain predictions, betting odds
This is arguably the pick of the Round of 16 ties. Portugal have the experience and the match-winners in Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes, but Spain have arguably been the tournament's most complete side and are yet to concede. La Roja's control should just about tell in a tight contest.
- Score prediction: Portugal 1-2 Spain
