The upcoming new Share feature (Image via The Pokemon Company)The anniversary update also introduces a variety of other known, but impactful additions to the game:
- Share feature: A new sharing system allows players to send 1-4 Diamond cards to friends once per day. This is not a trade, but rather a one-way gift.
- Expanded Trade options: Trading has been enhanced with a wider eligibility range. Players can now trade 1-4 Diamond, 1-2 Star, and 1-2 Shiny cards. Additionally, trades can now include cards from the current set, eliminating the necessity to hold out until future expansions.
- Wonder Pick enhancements: Uncollected cards will show up more frequently, and players can now view how many copies of a specific card they currently have, which significantly simplifies collection management.
- Daily missions: The mission system will now provide Wonder Hourglasses as progress rewards and introduce new quests that grant more rewards.
- Flairs system update: Starting with the B Series, players will automatically acquire certain flairs after getting 10 copies of 1-4 Diamond cards. Flairs are still buyable with in-game resources. Additionally, Shinedusts will now be required instead of item exchanges. This change applies to B Series cards for now, with the A Series may soon follow with an upcoming update.
- Home Screen UI has been given a new refreshed look.
- Part of the Pokedex screen UI has been partially redesigned.
- Minor text adjustments and design refinements enhance overall visual consistency and responsiveness of the interface.
