1) Mega Charizard Y ex

  • HP: 220
  • Move: Crimson Dive
  • Damage: 250
  • Effect: Deals 50 damage to itself
  • Energy Cost: 3 Fire and 1 Colorless Energy
  • Retreat Cost: 2 Energy

Mega Charizard Y ex is the primary win condition and the centerpiece of the deck. Crimson Dive deals a huge 250 damage, enough to knock out any Pokemon currently in Pokemon TCG Pocket. While the recoil raises risk, the trade-off is heavily in your favor. With a solid 220 HP, Mega Charizard Y ex can survive long enough to close out games.

2) Moltres ex

  • HP: 140
  • Move 1: Inferno Dance
  • Move 1 Effect: Flip three coins and attach Fire Energy from your Energy Zone to Benched Fire Pokemon based on the number of heads
  • Move 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fire Energy
  • Move 2: Heat Blast - 70 damage
  • Move 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fire and 2 Colorless
  • Retreat Cost: 2 Energy

Moltres ex is the deck’s engine that powers your bench. Inferno Dance generates Energy for Mega Charizard Y ex and Heat Blast applies respectable early- to mid-game pressure while you prepare your main attacker.

3) Charizard (Crimson Blaze)

  • HP: 150
  • Move: Inferno Onrush
  • Damage: 150
  • Effect: Deals 30 damage to itself
  • Energy Cost: 3 Fire and 1 Colorless Energy
  • Retreat Cost: 3 Energy

This version of Charizard acts as a backup attacker. It is useful against Oricorio. Although it requires significant Energy investment, its ability to secure clean knockouts makes it a valuable contingency option.
