The Emerald Winter Whale is the new Secret-tier fish added via the Christmas Event update in Fish It. Due to its 1-in-1.5M catching chance, this fish is being considered as one of the rarest fish ever added to the game. Being a limited-time creature, it can be caught only by casting a line into the sea from Christmas Island.

The Emerald Winter Whale has a similar appearance to a Blue Whale but with emerald-colored skin. It wears a Santa cap on its head and has green, shiny spike-like projections emerging from its body. Here are some of its stats:

Being the rarest Secret fish in the game, the Emerald Winter Whale can be caught by following these steps:

• Reach Christmas Island by either using the portal at the shore of Fisherman Island or spawning a boat. For the latter approach, take a right from the boat's spawning point and move straight towards the island until you see a location decorated with a Christmas theme.
• Once you’ve reached your destination, go ahead and start fishing at any of the ponds available on the island. The best spot to catch an Emerald Winter Whale is the area near the shore that has several ice platforms.
• To enhance your odds of catching this fish, remember to equip a fishing rod and a bobber with high Luck stats. This will help you catch the fish faster, even while playing AFK.
• Once you catch an Emerald Winter Whale, a special effect will play out before the creature gets put in your inventory. More specifically, you'll see green-colored energy shooting towards the sky from the sea.
