Dragon Cannelloni must be fought as a boss before it can be recruited as a Brainrot. You can face him in battle on the conveyor belt if you are at Rebirth Level 4 or higher. Upon reaching Rebirth Level 4, you must defeat the following bosses before Dragon Cannelloni spawns on the conveyor belt:

• Rhino Toasterino
• Ospedale
• Chef Crabacadabra

Note that a boss enemy only spawns after defeating 100 Brainrots on the conveyor belt. So, you will only see Dragon Cannelloni appear on the conveyor once you’ve defeated 400 Brainrots.

As a boss, Dragon Cannelloni has an HP pool of over 150,000, necessitating the usage of the best Plants in the game. You can use a combination of Shroombino, Starfruit, King Limone, and other high DPS plants to take the boss down quickly.
