Serena Williams has once again caught everyone's attention on social media. She showed off her impressive physique in a chic business-casual attire.

Williams retired from professional tennis at the 2022 US Open. Since then, she has been growing her businesses and spending quality time with her family away from tour.

The American has gone through an impressive fitness transformation, shedding nearly 17 kg this year. In her latest Instagram post, she wore a stylish maroon hooded blazer and looked fitter than ever.

"Business casual, or casual business?" Serena Williams said

Williams is one of the most decorated players in tennis history. Apart from winning 24 Grand Slam titles, she also clinched four Olympic Gold Medals throughout her career.

The 44-year-old began her weight loss journey in early 2025. She took weight-loss medication under doctor’s supervision as part of a broader effort to improve her health and well-being.

Serena Williams married Alexis Ohanian on November 16, 2017, in New Orleans. The couple met in Rome in 2015 and quickly grew close.

They have two daughters together. Their first, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., was born in September 2017, and their second, Adira River Ohanian, was born in August 2023.

During an interview with Today, Williams shared her reasons for undergoing a medical procedure to lose weight this year.

"I was on and off (the medication) and now completely on. It was a really good decision I had to make for my life, you know, I tried everything. This all started after I had my (first) kid," Williams said As a woman, you go through different cycles in your life. ... No matter what I did — running, walking, I would walk for hours because they say that's good, I literally was playing a professional sport — and I could never go back to where I needed to be for my health," she added

She also highlighted the challenges after giving birth to her second daughter, Adira.

"Then, after my second kid, it just got even harder. So then I was like, OK, I have to try something different. That's kind of what led to this whole journey. A misconception is that it's a shortcut. As an athlete and as someone who has done everything, I just couldn't get my weight to where I needed to be at a healthy place, and believe me, I don't take shortcuts," Serena Williams concluded

Williams was honored with the Giving Tree Award at the Baby2Baby Gala for her work in maternal health this month. She was presented with the award by popular musician Alicia Keys.
