The WWE Hall of Famer Sting shared some pictures with popular AEW stars who are currently absent from TV. The Icon reunited with the stars after quite some time.

Sting reunited with major AEW stars, Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana. The Icon officially retired from professional wrestling after his last match at the Revolution 2024 pay-per-view. He has been making sporadic appearances for All Elite Wrestling aside from public appearances since hanging up his boots last year.

The Vigilante last showed up during the main event of WrestleDream 2025, where he helped Darby Allin defeat Jon Moxley in an 'I Quit' match. Meanwhile, the WWE Hall of Famer took to his Instagram handle to share some pictures with the former AEW World Champion, Swerve Strickland, and his onscreen manager, Prince Nana, from a recent event. The following was written in the caption as well:

Swerve Strickland last competed at the Forbidden Door 2025 event, where he lost to Kazuchika Okada. He has not been on TV ever since because he had to undergo a meniscus surgery. It will be interesting to see when Swerve will be back on TV alongside Prince Nana.

Sting recently made an announcement on his future

As mentioned earlier, Sting has been making a lot of public appearances even after his in-ring retirement for signing events and more. Speaking with The Wrestling Classic two months back, The Icon announced that there are many more of his public appearances coming in the future:

“The dates, they can’t… they can’t tell by looking at the dates. I’ll look at the camera now. I’m looking at my agent standing behind you guys right now. But the dates that you see online are not necessarily… they’re not done. So, there’s many, many more coming,” The Icon said.

Well, the 66-year-old legend also appeared at AEW WrestleDream last month with a new look. Fans will have to wait and see when The Icon will be seen again in Tony Khan's promotion.
