Even though the future of the WNBA remains uncertain with the collective bargaining agreement still unresolved, Lexie Hull is staying focused and keeping herself in top shape. The Indiana Fever guard has been training hard for the next season, recently sharing photos from one of her gym sessions.

One thing fans always notice and go gaga over is Hull’s abs. Throughout her college and professional career, it has been a standout physical feature that often grabs attention. According to her latest social media activity, she seemed to be working on them again, sharing a photo after finishing a core workout. She kept her caption simple, only tagging the gym where she trained:

Almost a month ago, Lexie Hull and the Fever wrapped up their 2025 season after falling to the Las Vegas Aces in the playoff semifinals. Despite the loss, the team earned plenty of praise for their strong performance.

They exceeded expectations by pushing the eventual champions to a deciding Game 5, even while missing several key players, including Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald, Sydney Colson, and Chloe Bibby.

Hull was a major contributor, witnessing an increase in game time due to the absence of multiple backcourt players from the roster. She made the most of the opportunity and averaged 10.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

Lexie Hull accuses league of being jealous of the Indiana Fever

It’s no surprise that the Indiana Fever are treated differently from the rest of the WNBA teams, especially with Caitlin Clark now on their roster. While Clark’s arrival has brought more attention and benefits to the league and its players, Lexie Hull admits that jealousy is not uncommon toward Clark and the Fever.

"I think there is a level of jealousy when it comes to the Fever, just because of the media attention and the fans that have shown up for us ever since Caitlin got here," she said. "We've heard people and players and teams talking in their locker room about, 'We can’t let the Fever win.'"

Lexie Hull explained that this sense of rivalry doesn’t necessarily have a negative impact. In fact, she believes it has made the league stronger and more competitive.

"If you have extra motivation to beat us because of something out of our control, that's fine, if that's what it takes for you guys to come and try extra hard," Hull said. "I think a little bit of that is needed across the league... Everyone should feel like they're getting everyone else's best, and I do feel like we get everyone else's best."

The Indiana Fever haven’t won a championship in the two seasons since Caitlin Clark joined the team, but this year has shown just how close they are. When Clark and the remaining injured players return to the lineup, the Fever will be a team that’s ready to make a legit run for the title.
