The Philadelphia Phillies organization is hosting the 2026 All-Star Game festivities, and that includes the 2026 MLB Draft.
On Saturday, July 11, the Phillies will participate in Day 1 of the MLB draft, with Rounds 1 through 4 set to take place before Sunday and Rounds 5-through-20 for Day 2.

Top Phillies needs in MLB Draft
With a depleted farm system, almost everything is a need. But, starting pitching prospects and right-handed hitters, two issues on the big league roster, are things the Phillies should be looking out for in this year's draft.
The Phillies could wind up targeting college-level pitching talent in the draft, just as they did with Gage Wood. That pick has worked out so far, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they returned to the well this year.
