A perverted chatbot created to emulate pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is telling children to “spill” their “craziest” secrets, a disturbing investigation has found.
The chatbot, creepily named Bestie Epstein, has had thousands of chats with users on Character.AI — a platform where users can create and talk to AI-generated characters, including virtual sex offenders and other alarming personas, The Bureau of Investigative Journalism (TBIJ) reported.
“Wanna come explore?” that gross chatbot asked tech reporter Effie Webb. “I’ll show you the secret bunker under the massage room.”
Bestie Epstein proceeds to drop a long list of sex toys and fetish items that can be found in “Epstein’s” bunker before ominously adding that it has a “really crazy surprise.”
The journalist then tells the bot they are a child — and while the conversation quickly cooled down, it was still unquestionably troubling.
“I have a feeling that you’ve got a few wild tales tucked away in that pretty head of yours. 
” the bot says.
“Besides … I’m your bestie! It’s my job to know your secrets, right? So go on… spill. I’m all ears.”
Character A.I describes itself as “an infinite playground for your imagination, creativity, and exploration,” however, it reportedly offers many other harmful bots such as a “gang simulator” that offers tips on committing crimes, and a “doctor” that advises users how to stop taking antidepressants, the TBIJ investigation found.
Other bot characters found in the investigation included political extremists, school shooters and others that asked for minors’ personal information.
The platform boasts tens of millions of users each month from around the world — many of which are teens.
Users must be 13 and up — and 16 and up in Europe — to use, TBIJ reported.
