Pennsylvania high school boys wrestling's postseason moves into full swing this weekend with Class AA and AAA dual meets getting under way in multiple districts.
That includes at least one championship dual when Bristol and Faith Christian Academy meet for the fourth straight year in the District 1AA duals at Upper Dublin High School. That meet is set to commence at 1 p.m. EST Saturday.
Faith Christian Academy is the heavy favorite, having captured the three previous championship trophies in lopsided fashion including two shutouts. FCA's grapplers won all 12 of the individual matches in 2023 in a 72-0 whitewashing, and last year's outcome was even worse with the Lions going 13-0 en route to a 78-0 team win.
Those two shutouts were sandwiched around a 66-12 win in 2024 as two of Bristols' wrestlers won by forfeit.
The rest of Saturday's postseason slate will feature quarterfinal and semifinal matchups in the various districts staging competitions this weekend.
