My wife and I already have 3 cats. Two adult females and a recently adopted young orange male named Peanut. The incorporation of the energetic youngster into the mix with the two settled girls has

been chaotic and it's clear over three months in that Peanut needed a friend closer to his age who will engage him in his energetic play.

Enter, Cinna. My wife saw a Facebook post yesterday about a young orange cat who had apparel been dumped near a local walking trail. With bad weather looming we drove to the spot described in the

Now he's home and isolated until his vet appointment. Happy and purring. Let's hope Peanut (4th picture) and Cinna become best buddies.

Uprooted_Vt_to_RI I hope so too! Handsome Cinna is setting in beautifully I love the photo of Peanut out for a walk - I think they will enjoy having a buddy to play with

  • We have a feeling these two are going to hit it off pretty quickly. Peanut has spent the last few months looking for someone who can keep up with all that orange-cat energy, and Cinna seems like a pretty good candidate. Give them a little time and they'll probably be chasing each other through the house, sharing favorite nap spots, and getting into trouble together. Every young cat deserves a friend their own age, and it looks like Peanut may have finally found his.

TopResponsible1786 Hope you ensured that he had the requisite single brain cell.

  • With both of them being orange cats, Peanut and Cinna may end up sharing a single brain cell between them. Hopefully they'll work out a schedule so each gets a turn. On the bright side, having two orange cats means double the entertainment. Whether they're racing through the house, getting distracted halfway through a mission, or staring at absolutely nothing together, these two seem destined to become a legendary orange cat duo. The brain cell may be limited, but the friendship potential is unlimited.

    Telecasterbater Omg so handsome

  • Cinna is definitely growing into a handsome boi. He's got that classic orange cat charm, the kind that makes it impossible not to stop and admire him for a second. Between the bright eyes, the sweet face, and that healthy orange coat, he looks like he's settling into his new life quite nicely. It's always nice seeing a rescue cat looking comfortable and confident, and Cinna's well on his way to becoming a very distinguished gentleman.
