The New England Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl after defeating the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
It was no doubt an ugly game, as both teams struggled in inclement weather that included plenty of snow and wind.
But nobody is New England is going to complain because teams have to take wins any way they can get them at this time of year.
With the Patriots heading to the Super Bowl, head coach Mike Vrabel has an opportunity to accomplish a feat never before done in NFL history.
If New England wins the Super Bowl, Vrabel will become the first person in league history to win the Big Game with the same team as both a player and a head coach.
Of course, Vrabel won three Super Bowls as a linebacker for the Patriots.
Now, he can win another in just his first year as the franchise's head coach.
