Tom Brady never did this.
Drake Maye has done it now.
On Sunday, Maye was 19-for-21 passing for 256 yards and five touchdowns.
There was something specifically special about those five passing TDs, though. Maye threw them to five different players.
A Pats QB had never done that before.
Drake "Drake Mayeigami" Maye becomes the first QB in @Patriots history to throw 5 TDs to 5 different receivers in the same game.
Thomas Brady Jr. never did it. https://t.co/bXYcJpUxf5

The five pass catchers:
- Hunter Henry
- Austin Hooper
- Stefon Diggs
- Efton Chism III
- Rhamondre Stevenson
Four veterans, and an undrafted rookie in Chism.
Two tight ends, two wide receivers and a running back in Stevenson.
Maye did it all. What an absolutely brilliant day at the office, and Maye got to check out midway through the third quarter for good measure.
