The French superstar created just enough separation with a dazzling move before unleashing a right-footed strike from a difficult angle that rocketed into the top corner of the net, giving Sweden goalkeeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom no chance.
After watching the goal, Mahomes didn't need many words to describe what he had just seen.

The opening goal was only the beginning. Mbappe struck again in the 74th minute to finish with two goals in France's 3-0 victory, sending Les Bleus comfortably into the Round of 16.
The performance pushed Mbappe to six goals in this year's tournament while moving him to 18 career World Cup goals, leaving him just one behind Lionel Messi's all-time World Cup record of 19. At just 27 years old, Mbappe has already established himself as one of the greatest World Cup performers the sport has ever seen, and he now has another opportunity to add to that résumé when France faces Paraguay in the Round of 16.
